Surdulica, April 28, South-Easter Serbia, FRY Surdulica, a small town in southern Serbia has become another example of the cynical category called "collateral damage caused  by NATO air force".11 missiles and laser-guided bombs hit Surdulica
causing havoc among the
civilian population. So far the
tragic balance of the latest
"mistake" made by NATO is 16
dead (twelve of them being children aged 5-12), eleven
wounded (two of them in critical conditions).NATO missiles destroyed 300 private houses. One of the missiles hit the residential area near the "Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj" elementary school, and another one hit the "Kalifer" quarter. It is more than clear that this "collateral 
damage" is nothing but a deliberate massacre of Serbian
civilians. After similar incidents involving the towns of
Aleksinac, Cuprija, Pristina, the international train in Grdelicka
gorge, the refugee convoy near Djakovica... the latest NATO
atrocity in Surdulica confirms that the air raids have been
deliberately targeting civilians and
urban centers.
